At Royal&Bio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review this Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The product includes all original packaging materials, labels, and any included documentation.

  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or packing slip.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened haircare products

  • Opened body care products

  • Any personal-use products where the seal has been broken

Final sale items, promotional items, or items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@royalandbio.com. Include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for a return, replacement, or refund.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@royalandbio.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The items you want to return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment processor or bank.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Any promotional discounts applied to your order may be adjusted in the refund amount.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Store Credit

In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund, such as when:

  • The item is outside the return window

  • The item does not meet return eligibility requirements

  • Applicable law permits store credit as an alternative

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card valid for future purchases on our website.

10. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any additional fees charged by carriers or customs

Refunds will not include any original or return shipping duties, taxes, or customs fees unless the return is due to our error.
