Step 1 — Steam & soften: Take a warm shower or bath for 5–10 minutes until the room is steamy and your skin feels softened.
Step 2 — Cleanse: Apply your chosen black soap to damp skin and leave on for 5–10 minutes to soften dead skin cells.
Step 3 — Exfoliate: Rinse off most of the soap, step away from direct water, then scrub in firm, upward strokes with the kessa glove until dead skin rolls away.
